Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following return policy:

Stock Items Return:

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. A re-stocking fee (up to 25% of the cost of the product) will be applied to all returned stock items. Any original delivery charges incurred will not be refunded.

Custom Items Lead Times:

Some items are manufactured on demand and can ship between 6-15 business days. Custom items have indicators on the product page and checkout page.

Custom Items Return:

Unfortunately, custom items are not eligible for return. Custom items are specially made or personalized for you and cannot be resold.

Condition of the Item:

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
